Certificate of Parking Infraction

If payment is not received within 15 days of the date of infraction or a request for trial has not been made, an additional $15.00 administration fee will be added to the ticket and the owner of the vehicle plate will receive a Notice of Impending Conviction (NIC) Letter in the mail and they must pay the higher amount listed on the ticket. If payment has not been received within 21 days of the date of the NIC Letter, tickets are sent to the Provincial Offences Court and all payments must be completed through the Court. The Court may add additional fees.

Dispute a Ticket

If you wish to dispute your ticket in court, you can fill out the back of the ticket and send it to the Township Administration Office and the Provincial Offences Court will set a trial date.

During regular business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm at the Township Administration Office (24 Church Street West, Elmira)

After hours in the Township drop box at the Township Administration Office on Maple Street. Ensure to include a copy of the ticket with the back filled out.
